- Maintain accurate data, records and reports, and follow up cases and exceptions.
- Coordinate with departments, employees and relevant stakeholders on time.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience or experience in a closely related role.
- Good organization, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy and reliable follow-up.
